The article mentions how by 2020 65% of jobs will require a postsecondary degree, I worked in the staffing industry for 6 months, and already it is amazing how people working 20+ years in, say, C+ programming, are being disqualified for a new job because they never completed a bachelors degree when they were younger. It is as though a bachelors is the new high school diploma, and unquestioned necessity for jobs.
