LuxTrust, Luxembourg’s number one digital identity and data security provider, and Finologee, the new-age FinTech specialist, are defining new collaboration models in Luxembourg by offering plug-and-play trust solutions to third-parties and developers through Finologee’s own Trusted FinTech Platform.

Both companies are pioneers in their respective sectors, as they have developed into leading service providers. On one hand, LuxTrust is the Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) and certification authority in Luxembourg. The company effectively helps organisations and consumers with its electronic identity, signature and trust service solutions whilst being compliant with the latest EU regulations. On the other hand, Finologee is a FinTech & RegTech specialist who runs a trusted and versatile digital platform that simplifies connectivity between financial institutions and a variety of FinTech solution providers.

Through this core collaboration, LuxTrust and Finologee want to respond to market needs together combining some of their products and infrastructures in order to offer easy access to LuxTrust services, such as strong authentication, electronic signature and e-seal. These features are both integrated into Finologee’s own products, such as KYC and PSD2, and made available in API mode through Finologee’s own Trusted FinTech Platform.

The Deutsche Börse Group and its closely-tied services provider Clearstream are planning to join forces with FinTech startup figo from Germany and RegTech startup Finologee from Luxembourg. New possibilities await!

The new team will create a platform capable of supporting exciting financial industry players and up-and-coming digitization companies to better manage their combined services and abilities. The goal? Creating new revenue opportunities.

Perhaps the biggest strength in this new partnership is the ability for all actors to leverage Deutsche Börse’s market and reference data and its functional services via Application programming interfaces (APIs). The group will also focus on hosting their already developed APIs and creating new ones in the new acceleration platform, eventually opening up to external providers for a sort of marketplace where all parties can consume and exchange APIs.

These APIs will help banks, insurance companies and FinTech providers better communicate and use data, and eventually lead to a more efficient set of financial product and services alternative.

La jeune société luxembourgeoise Finologee vient de recevoir un double agrément de PSF de support. Elle va désormais déployer ses produits pour ses clients.

Raoul Mulheims, Georges Berscheid, Jonathan Prince et Didier Spick, l’équipe fondatrice de Digicash – vendue en août 2017 au belge Payconiq – ont récemment créé la société Finologee, spécialisée en fintech et regtech.

Développée pour exploiter une plate-forme numérique qui simplifie la connectivité entre les institutions financières et des fournisseurs de solutions, elle vient de recevoir un agrément de PSF de support. Finologee sera donc désormais supervisée par la CSSF.

Elle est également la première entreprise à obtenir un double agrément. Celui-ci couvre en effet les activités d’«agent de communication à la clientèle» et d’«opérateur de systèmes informatiques secondaires et de réseaux de communication du secteur financier».
