Surfing is one option, but any activity in the outdoors is going to have a positive impact on Mental Health. From Japan's 'Forest Bathing' to Blue Therapy, NDD is real in the build environment we live in now. Add being outside with learning a new skill (Surfing, Skiing, juggling, etc.) means you have to focus 'in the now' and forget some of the stress that may be causing your mental stress. Get out there!
