Pen Texture Reference Guide
The first scoop on the list is a reference guide about drawing different pen textures. It was selected because pen drawing is often underlooked in reference guide in favor of traditional pencil drawing. Although the guide could be more detailed, it does provide some very helpful tips about the different textures you can achieve when drawing with a pen.
Real Face Proportions
The second scoop is about drawing facial proportions on portraits. Unlike most facial proportion guides that use a generic understanding of the facial proportion, this guide uses the combined proportions of real models to create a more realistic view of the face. The guide also comes with tips about how to correctly place different facial features on the face.
Hints for Drawing Children
The last tutorial in this week’s review is about drawing children. More specifically drawing the faces, mouths, feet, and legs of children. This is a great starting guide for understanding the differences between the anatomies of a child versus that of an adult.
If you would like to receive more scoops, don’t forget to follow this topic. As always, we will be adding more awesome reference guides next week.
